How to approach it?
There it is guys – the Intense CrossFit 100 rep Burpee Challenge.
There are quite a few ways how to approach this workout.
- The first option is obviously going as hard as you can and don’t stop until you hit that 100-rep number. The goal here is to start with a moderate pace in the beginning and accumulate those reps. By the time you hit 60 reps or so, you can start increasing the pace and finish off the challenge on a good note.
- The second option is to treat this challenge as an EMOM workout. Pick a number of reps that you can do within 45 seconds and repeat that number each minute until you hit the 100-rep mark. The benefit of that strategy is to give yourself some rest time in between the minutes which will decrease the intensity.
