Lily
Sports & Fitness have been part of my life since I can remember.
It all started with athletics at the age of 7.
Fast-forward to today, I have 15+ years of experience in the fitness world (training, nutrition, recovery, stress management, CrossFit, etc.), and sports like boxing, kickboxing, and bodybuilding helped to shape me the way I am today physically and mentally.
Despite my experience, I never stop learning to increase my knowledge in training, nutrition, recovery, etc. (e.g. getting certified by NASM, working through literature and studies, etc.), and combine it with my “test it for myself” approach – to find out if it works for me or not.

Just as Lily, Sports & Fitness have been part of my life since a very early age.
Going the typical European route of playing futball & volleyball, I discovered boxing at the age of 13 and went down the path through amateur boxing and got a little taste of what pro boxing looks like.
Deciding not to pursue that path, I still combined my passion for health & fitness with getting a bachelor’s degree in sports science & sports management.
As of today, I have been working with people as a personal and group fitness trainer for 8+ years and have 15+ years of experience in the fitness world. (training, nutrition, Olympic weightlifting, CrossFit, etc.)
