You don’t need a thousand movements to make an effective workout and this 15 min AMRAP workout is proof of that!
But first thing’s first – never skip your warm-up!
It’s just as important as your actual workout.

How to approach it?
You can, of course, use a dumbbell instead of a kettlebell.
Keep your breaks as short as possible and aim for a steady pace from the beginning!
This workout looks “easy” on paper but you will feel it by round 2.
After a long workout like that make sure to have a proper cool-down to avoid injuries & give your body the time to recover:
