Hello and welcome to the Crossfit kettlebell complex workout.
The kettlebell is probably one of the few equipment pieces that are highly undervalued. String together a few kettlebell exercises and turn them into a complex – you will have a very effective workout in front of you.
Make sure to have a few different kettlebell weights to adjust the loading if needed.
But first thing’s first – never skip your warm-up!
It’s just as important as your actual workout.
I could go on and keep rambling about the importance of warming up but I already did that in a different post.
If you have a little more time, give this extensive warm-up a try:

How to approach it?
The Crossfit kettlebell complex workout will definitely spike your heart rate even in the first round.
You will need to stay composed and focus on good technique throughout the whole complex.
The weight should be chosen according to your fitness level because the time under tension here is quite high and you will perform quite a few repetitions.
Play around with different weights and see what works best for you to maintain your form.
Try to rest not between the movements but between the rounds.
After a long workout like that make sure to have a proper cool-down to avoid injuries & give your body the time to recover:
