But first thing’s first – never skip your warm-up!
It’s just as important as your actual workout.
I could go on and keep rambling about the importance of warming up but I already did that in a different post.

How to approach it?
This is another high rep workout so make sure to break up the working sets early. Try to minimize the rest time and move at a steady pace.
- If some of the movements or rep schemes are too challenging, don’t be afraid to scale it.
- Rather keep the stimulus than being stuck at an exercise for too long.
After a long workout like that make sure to have a proper cool-down to avoid injuries & give your body the time to recover:
